Please alert and convey all your contacts and news media the following important legal news concerning the violation of copyright and infringement of DNBK name.

Subject: Stefano Surace, location in France and Italy and UK

He was never and is not a member of Dai Nippon Butoku Kai at any time. He used Butoku Kai name and logo illegally in the past and today. He was told by our attorney to stop his false claim and eliminating the usage of our logo many times and he still has not stopped today.

His latest blog news was called Butokukai News and this was nothing to do with DNBK. He used the DNBK logo in the background. This was offensive and dishonorable and disrespectful conduct unworthy of a Budo practitioner. He was a con man according to the legal investigation we conducted.

Thus, we have to notify all our people and members in DNBK about his false activity. Media and official public knowledge is essential weapon to stop this man since our legal pressure did not produce a positive result thus far. Please circulate this information to your fellow members and stop this con man for good.
